The 'Dumb Dumpers' anti-flytipping campaign is administered on behalf of the Scottish Flytipping Forum by Keep Scotland Beautiful. Keep Scotland Beautiful is an operating name of Environmental Campaigns (Scotland). Scottish Charity Number SC030332.

Free Flytipping Training

Keep Scotland Beautiful has been contracted by Zero Waste Scotland (ZWS) to deliver 100 free training places on its Flytipping & Waste Enforcement, and Evidence, Notebooks & Statements courses during 2011-12. This means that, if you are a practitioner, you could claim a free place on either or both of these courses.

Training is open to relevant employees from a number of different organisations, including local authority waste/cleansing/environment/protective service managers, litter/environmental wardens, town centre managers, other land managers, registered social landlords, the police, NFU and SEPA etc.
